Saint Louis Kitchen does Chinese food plus subs and sandwiches, and the St. Paul is where the two meet. The menu dresses every St. Paul with pickle, lettuce, cheese and mayonnaise, and you pick the filling: chicken, pork, ham, beef, shrimp, vegetable, plain, or the house special.
The quirk: you can order any St. Paul with no bean sprouts in the patty, for a small upcharge. Handy if the crunch of sprouts is the part you'd rather skip.
Order at the counter or through the restaurant's own site for pickup or delivery. It's closed on Sundays; Monday to Thursday it's open 10:30 am to 9:30 pm, and Friday and Saturday 10:30 am to 10 pm.
