The Lorenzo brothers' shop on Seaview Avenue, in the old Paseo spot facing Shilshole Bay, making their dad's Caribbean roast: marinated pork shoulder, caramelized onions, aioli, cilantro and pickled jalapeños on a toasted Macrina baguette.
Order the Caribbean Roast and, when it's in season, the fire-roasted corn with aioli, parmesan and lime. The Press adds smoked ham, banana peppers and Swiss to the pork. The Onion Obsession is the pick if you don't eat meat. Golden Gardens is just up the road if you'd rather eat it outside, which, given how much it drips, isn't a bad idea. For pick-up, call the shop directly.
