About
The first Un Bien, opened in 2015 on 15th Avenue NW by Julian and Lucas Lorenzo, sons of Paseo's founder, cooking from their father's recipes. The Caribbean roast here is the one that made Seattle argue about which shop does it best.
The Caribbean Roast comes on a toasted Giuseppe baguette from Macrina Bakery with aioli, cilantro, pickled jalapeños, romaine and caramelized onions; ask for it on a tortilla if you'd rather skip the bread. Call ahead for pick-up orders. Plates with rice and beans, and grilled corn in summer, round it out.
