A Northern Liberties cheesesteak and pizza shop that bakes its own seeded sourdough rolls. The steak is hand-cut, pasture-raised rib-eye, chopped and seared with fried onions and American cheese; ask for a hot pepper on it.
There's simple seating in the back if you'd rather not eat on the curb. The kitchen also turns out thin pizzas, including a Brooklyn-style grandma pie. It got a Michelin Bib Gourmand in 2025, one of three Philly cheesesteak shops to get one.
