A West Broadway bagel bakery with a brick-walled dining room, known for its bagel towers: tiered stands of bagels carried to the table with smoked fish and spreads for everyone to build their own. The smoked salmon is done in-house and shows up on the bagel sandwich too.

Weekend brunch is the busy time, so book on Resy (reservations open 30 days out at 10 AM) or come on a weekday. Tables go up to 12 people Monday to Thursday but only 5 Friday to Sunday, so big groups should aim for midweek. If you just want a bagel and salmon to go, the takeout bakery is quicker, though it gets a line at weekend midday.
