A hot chicken shop that opened in 2010 and moved from East Nashville to the Nations. Its sandwich is two tenders on a toasted brioche bun with poppyseed slaw and Dale's Comeback Sauce. The house oddity is the Tender Royale: three tenders stacked on a deep-fried pepper jack grilled cheese.

Plates come the traditional way, with white bread and pickles. Heat starts gentle, so go up the scale if you want to sweat. The green chili mac and cheese and the banana pudding are the sides to add, and there's a dining room now if you'd rather not eat in the car. It's open Tuesday through Saturday only.
