A Frisco shop where the bread does the talking: the crust is so crackly you have to fight it a bit. The cold-cut sandwiches come chilled, with plenty of mayo and pâté, jalapeño, cucumber, pickled carrot and cilantro.
The menu runs to a dozen fillings, from the combination and pork roll to grilled saté pork belly, meatball, sardine and fried egg. Every one gets the same full set of toppings. Order the combination if it's your first time.
