A counter on Sylvan Avenue, where West Dallas meets North Oak Cliff, that bakes its own bread. The meat sandwiches are good (five-spice pork belly, lemongrass chicken), but the vegan ones are the surprise: tempeh satay, jackfruit "crab cake" and buffalo "un-chicken".
Jalapeño doesn't come on the sandwich by default here, so ask for it when you order if you want the heat. You can order ahead online for pickup.
