A Mexican bakery and kitchen on Research Boulevard that bakes pan dulce every morning and lists well over a dozen tortas. The Infatuation's pick is the Cubana, with milanesa, sausage, ham and cheese; the Hawaiana adds pineapple.
Other tortas on the menu include the Chilanga (milanesa, chorizo and ham), the Diabla (milanesa, chorizo and egg) and a Campechana. The plainer tortas come dressed with lettuce, tomato, onion, avocado, jalapeño, beans and chipotle mayo.
