An East Cesar Chavez barbecue joint with a whole board of sandwiches on potato buns. Get the sliced brisket with pickles and onions, or the chopped brisket in the house Bobby sauce. If you're hungry, El Sancho Loco piles sausage, pulled pork and chopped brisket under pickled red onions.
Order a side of kimchi; its heat and acid cut through all that beef. Hours are longer than at most of the big-name pits, 11 to 6 Wednesday through Sunday, and it's closed Monday and Tuesday. For something messier, La Frito Loco adds chipotle slaw, black beans, Fritos, cheese and jalapeños to the pork and brisket.
