Boston's first Rolex boutique, right where Newbury Street starts at Arlington, run by Long's, the family jeweler that's been around since 1878. It's a Rolex-only room with its own phone line, so this is where to ask about a Submariner.
Look for the stucco wall of the Public Garden footbridge as you walk in. Upstairs there's a private room for groups and a workspace for the in-house watch technician. Long's other Newbury Street space, Upstairs at Long's at 7 Newbury, is its Patek Philippe showroom, not the Rolex one.
Hours on Rolex's site and Long's own page don't agree on Saturdays, so call before you go.
